This copy of Windows is not genuine.
-
sabato 28 luglio 2012 08:37I bought a computer off of craigslist a while ago and it had Windows 7 Ultimate already installed on it with no issues. Well about two weeks after I got the computer I start getting a "Windows is not genuine" message that pops up every darn minute and my background gets replaced with a black background. Anyway here is what the Diagnostic Tool has to say:

your windows is not genuine.
You have a Dell OEM SLP key on a BUYMPC computer which was installed using a hackers loader program.
You will have to purchase and install genuine windows or revert to the windows your computer shipped with.

sabato 28 luglio 2012 14:18PostatoreIt is common on Craig's List to get suckered into thinking you are buying a Windows 7 computer when in fact you are getting an old XP or Vista computer that has been illegally upgraded to make it more attractive. Sorry but you need a new copy of Windows or find recovery disks that will restore the computer to its original state.
