    Hi,

    the missing file (msvcr71.dll) can be downloaded here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71. Please note that this is not a Microsoft provided site and downloading and applying the file is on your risk.

    Install the file directly into the directory where your hpqtra08.exe application is located. This should fix the problem.
