Dotaz I am running Vista 64 and have come up with a missing msvcr71.dll

    I see this file in various program folders but cannot figure out what is causing this error if this dll is already on the desktop?  Any advice?  Please be advised I am somewhat computer savy but I am not a programmer and a detailed solution to resolve my issue would be appreciated.  Thanks again, T
