Blocat Problem in the data provider framework

    I get "The operation could not be completed due to a problem in the data provider framework" when I click on my Segment 3 account in Dimensions in my Main Company. All other companies work fine and all other segments work fine in this company. The following is the error in the event viewer:

    Microsoft.Dynamics.Performance.DataProvider.Core.RequestException: The source system request did not complete successfully. ---> System.ArgumentException: Value cannot be null or empty string. Parameter name: segmentCode

    I have started and stopped all services. Unistalled and Reinstalled both client and server and I have made sure there is a functional currency set up. I cannot understand why this segment in this company only is not working. Any help would be appreciated

      Hello Lexi,

      Do you know if you have any blank segments in Segment 3? A service pack was released last week and is available for download on the web. Can you try applying that and see if you get the same error message?
