You no longer need to use SWlib.dll if you are unable to find it in your installation of MSRSense.
Use RegisterSensor2 instead of RegsiterSensor for web reference at
http://atom.research.microsoft.com/sensordatahub/service.asmx
The arguments can now be generated directly, rather than requiring SWlib.dll. Rest of the steps are same as mentioned in http://research.microsoft.com/nec/msrsense/PublishingTutorial.pdf
