Help with virus

lunedì 18 gennaio 2010 19:33I have a virus that has attacked my laptop, which is currently on the windows live OneCare aintivirus protection. I don't know what to do. Another software ifdentified as "Antivirus live" has attached itself to my system and I cannot get to the add/remove programs selection. I don't understand why I did not reeceive any warning, or why this got through the Live virus screening.
What do I do now?

If you are using Windows Live OneCare and you have been infected, but OneCare did not detect or cannot remove the malware, please contact support to report this and for help with removal.
