Locked Tune Up Check List

    I have purchased Windows Live OneCare, and after running Tune Up, the check list reads:

    DEFRAGMENT THE HARD DISK
    An unknown error prevented Tune Up from performing this task.  Try running Tune Up again.

    I have tried numerous times and still have the same issue.  Please help.
