How to switch the instantaneous translate in the online MSDN library?

Recently I found it very useful that the MSDN help page popup a translated text of the original sentence. But somehow this function is missing, I hope to find it back. For example, how to get the instantaneous translate in this page:

Humm... There's whole page translation already so the function is no longer needed. (Just select the country and language from upper right corner)
And you do realize that there is "Site Feedback" link at the bottom of the page, right?
