Syncing multiple folders in one go

  I have been using Synctoy for many years, and now have multiple folder pairs set up - and I would like to simplify this!

  E.g. I backup several folders with different roots to a usb drive for off-site archiving.  I currenlty have 6 folder pairs for this task alone - and would like to make one.  I thought Windows 7 Libraries would be the ideal feature as you can include folders from multiple locations into a library - but you cannot select a library as the left folder in a folder pair.

  Is there a way to achieve this?  Or can I sync a subset of my pairs in one go? Or do I have to live with multiple pairs?
