    I do my backups with SyncToy and I love it. But one of the greatest weaknesses of making Backups, ,is to forget to run it.  I am desperate to find a way to time the running of  back ups to happen automatically.

    If not possible, it is a great pity in such a great application

    You can automate SyncToy by using the scheduler on Win7.  Check out this article: http://www.mydigitallife.info/schedule-synctoy-to-run-and-automatically-and-repetitively/

    Where the article references a path with SyncToy 2.0 Beta, use this for Windows 7: C:\Program Files\SyncToy 2.1

    This works pretty well, I've used this for a few years to make copies of folders at scheduled intervals or at logon/logoff.
