Restore files from backup problem

I have a problem with restoring files from a backup.
I log in as myself in Windows Vista - I have admin rights, and have UAC turned on.
I open a backup of my laptop, which is fine, I can browse the filesystem and restore files.
However, I cannot go into any users home directory except my own - surely I should be able to as I have admin rights with my login?
Is this a bug, and needs reporting, or is it by design?

mercoledì 7 marzo 2007 15:56ModeratoreIt probably is using the ACLs from the laptop when you open the backup. I would bug it because you should be able to get into anything and everything when you open the backup.
