Sorry if such a system already exists but...
What would be useful is an add in for the WHS console that will inform you of CPU usage, netwrok usage, HDD access etc.
The sort of information that Windows Task Manager andother programs will tell you, but for them to work you need to remotly logon to your WHS system.
A plugin that will show you the resources and their utilisation would be useful.

However, you should make a suggestion on Connect, which is where Microsoft is primarily looking for potential features for the next version of Windows Home Server.
In the meantime, there's always the Windows Home Server SDK, which will permit you to "roll your own".

Have you tried using Perfmon on one system and adding counters from the WHS box? This typically works from one system to another. I have not tried it with WHS, but you may want to investigate.
