It is possible for windows to use NTFS partitions larger than 2 TB as long as they are configured properly using windows with NTFS and GPT. you will need windows XP x64 Edition or Windows Server 2003 SP1, or later for GUID Partion Tables Partions support. -

Also have to ensure that this partition is not on your system drive. If this drive has your \Windows folder, you will not be able to set its drive as dynamic, nor enable GPT on it. So if you have mutiple physical drives connected & RAID configured as one huge drive, you are going to need to partition that so that there is a seperate system partition & drive, where your Windows installation will reside (about 60gb should be plenty), the rest can be a huge single partition/drive.
