  To be admitted to MCM program you shall have not only some exams, but much more important - real world experience with active directory deployment, planning and troubleshooting.

  Also if you will check the prerequisities, you need to have all the required exams, so 70-659 is not enough. You need to have either MCITP: Enterprise Administrator or MCSE with 70-219 or 70-297 exam.
  You can check this site https://dynamicevents.emeetingsonline.com/emeetings/websitev2.asp?mmnno=290&pagename=site123800 to get an idea what else is being considered to apply for MCM - check the denied and approved applicant profiles. You can get a pre-reading list of materials, topics you should be familiar with PRIOR to the training.

  MCM: Active Directory is delivered in Redmond US only, and presence is required (you cannot take just an exam at prometric). MCM Training last for 3 weeks.
