Global Action against Cyber crime
Sir
Terrorism and criminal activities is there, was there and always will be there, they will change their method time to time and changes their faces as require, types and structure, and take the help of technology and so on. And for that we will have to be well prepared. We don’t know from where Terrorism might start but we will have to make a run time situation, where there will be no chance to start any chance of Terrorism, and even if it happens there will be enough footprints to catch them.
Types of Cyber Crime :
Types of cyber crime are like this
1).Un authorized Access in to any Computer or Server, Website, E-Mails of International Organizations, Government Organizations, Banks or personnel for collecting information.
2). Un Authorized use of name, logo, Format of International Organizations, Government Organizations, Banks for money transaction.
3).Fake E-Commerce Sites.
4).Building Porno sites.
5).Blackmailing people by making or collecting nude picture.
6).E-Mail threatening.
Any of these attempts can make the whole nation or individual’s life unstable.
Cyber crime protection :
Even though cyber crime detection and prevention is a tough thing but it is not impossible. For this we will have to work with a very big chain of government and technical organizations together. Cause a single person or a single country can’t do it. It should be taken step from the root level.
1). E-Mail id should be created and verified by Citizen ID card and Passport number and this database can be verified from anywhere for that particular person. Like I want to create one ID in Gmail – when I register for the email, they will verify my ID and Passport number from our country Citizen Database server. Like this from any country for any person this verification is very important.
2). Microsoft, IBM, SUN, Yahoo, Google, Intel and all other motherboard companies, should develop and upgrade this Fingerprint technology, and this technology will be built-in with each and every motherboard, every computer will run by its exact digital identity. E-Mail sites registration policy should be integrated for fingerprint verification, to take the image of fingerprint and save it into their database. Whenever any user wants to log, he will be verified by his fingerprint. So the email subscription and hardware system must be integrated together.
3). Serious punishment system for the crime, so the criminal will know if he or she commit any crime so that they knows that what will happen if they are caught.
4). Software and applications should be integrated with country government server globally, these applications can send and receive the data of daily new citizen ids, and the daily sales tax collection of every business and personnel. Globally ID Card database system still not integrated to share globally to verify any id from any location like from a bus station or any hospital.
These steps I can’t take it by my own. It should be proposed by every countries responsible ministry and come to a decision. I know it might be not possible for now, but some day this will be the only way and technology to stop cyber crime and detect every single individual in the web.
I am an IT Professional. Even though I don’t have that much institutional educational background about IT, cause before 10 years back IT institutes were only started their activities, they were not proper organized and was so costly, so I’d to build my IT career by myself.
I went to Saudi Arabia at 2001 and my age was like 25. I worked there, one of the biggest Furniture Company “ABDUL WAHED FURNITURE “as the IT Manager for 5 years. I developed their ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Application, which was 2 language supported (Arabic, English), and seven branches was connected with WAN at runtime. Now I am trying to build my own Software firm “Enterprisesoft”, and some IT Consultancies.
I work with VB.Net, C#, ASP.Net, VB6, Javascript, SQL Server, ORACLE, MYSQL, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DMax. Can build any type of complex Windows and Web based Database related Application.
Thank you very much for your valuable time. May God keep all of you and us Safe, Happy, and Healthy.

- While I appreciate your passion and your interest in a resolution of cybercrime, I disagree with your methods. The problem with cybercrime, is not that we have no controls in place to prevent crimes from occurring, it is that there is a free market for success. We have to remove the economy in order to resolve the problem. That is, we must either remove the demand, or the supply. Regardless, even such steps are fruitless as less organized countries lack the manpower to enforce such rules and regulations. If 90% of the free world adopt such rules, the amount of crime will continue as long as the other 10% have Internet access. Should we cut-off access for that 10%? We may as well cut off their water supplies, food supplies and watch them continue to suffer with little hope of innovation or industry-development.
Eric Irvin, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP:Enterprise Admin, CISSP http://www.diggingup.com Currently, each country has it's own specific laws (or lack there of) and this state of Internet governance is unlikely to change. Still, the issue cybercrime should be better addressed. More importantly, each user must be aware of the dangers and protect themselves through technical safeguards and best practices.

As Gazanga points out, if there is oportunity and reward, the problem will continue. So, historicaly should we go the way of East Indian Trading Company and heroin? Banana Republic and cocaine? Curbing human behavior sounds feasable but has never been done in practice. China was going down the road to ruin with heroin. It took socialism and a strong hand to pull through it, and they are still not out of the woods. Should they allow open trade with drug smuggling countries? or tell their trading partners "hey! be carefull. Some of your containers will be hijacked for heroin," and not check them? At some point victimized countries must /needs address their issues or face passive blocking. Here in the states life is still relatively easy, getting harder, but no bread lines. We lost the inner cities to street gangs and are loosing the inner suburbs due to our lack of responsible choices. So in short, it is going to really suck before someone has the courage to do the right thing. Strange how social macros need some adversity in order to survive but thats another train of thought. Passive blocking is the only mechanism to throttle the decay. Gazanga, even if you were well educated, connected to the latest news and alerts, your unsecure or secure asset will force you to make a decision, buy-in or get sold-out simply because the country your are in either does not have the will or the man power to defend moral rights to exist, work, play, pro-create. We can not lower our standards to accomidate... Lifeguard 101- When a swimmer is drowning and thrashing, you MUST knock them out to save you both. Passive blocking is not an ARIN self-intrest (only) modis operendi. Maybe the parties investing to propagate attacks from your soverign soil will relize their folly and "catch release". It is certain they will not otherwise, but instead increase. it is with no small measure where passive blocking starts to become rampant censorship. With Cyberspace and global economies Merchantilsm is unbound, Governments are intrusive, and Life as we know it, ends. Some movies to watch with moral perspective on the issues for generation "Y" are "The Earthling", "Solar Crisis" and "The Mission". The Earthling for the scholarly and academia as a reminder that devining moral, social, and political values, comes with wisdom earned through experience. The Mission as a reminder that merchantilism - unbound has deleterous effects on moral, social, and political values. "Solar Crisis" as a reminder that self-iterested control can circumvent a species survival. Globalism itself has a null influence on moral interpretations. Whereas a specie, we are doomed to face if we are to live-up to our role as quite possibly guarenteers of life itself for this plane of existance. Balanced on an x, y, graph, are we fundamentaly here to destroy creation or facilitate it. Are we capable to determine a creator's desire for growth and contention? What evolves us as a specie? Shall we sit and meditate until the sun burps or a peice of the ort cloud is disrupted by Eta Carinae's blast wave? Are we strong enough to believe in each other over the distortions virused into every culture's belief system in the name of control? ...and if we are, how to maintain checks and balances to keep malfesants from taking advantage of that trust? Who out there does not pay over $1000 U$ A YEAR for vaporware? only to be sold-out to a tighter hamster wheel. Open Source guys, dont bs us. There is no "Free software, no strngs attached." Every software ever made has back doors, keyloggers, and other individualy threaded components that can OWN anyone. I mean ANYONE. Open contest as empirical evidence is faulty. No one in there cognative state is willing to risk discovery of what they know to sell-out to industry. It is an empty purse. If it is functional on the internet, it is insecure[(.)] Zerodays have a 10 year buffer that I have witnessed. In 1996 AOL started employing Abductive AI's in it's dial-up software... That AI still works today thanks in large part to MS putting NAT circumvention in its Windows 2000 sp2 and on. IF Open Source is so public safety oriented why do they always follow suit within 2-6 months? Open Source has no checks worthy of pursuit. I find a vonerability in Tlib... what do I get for my 2-3 month investment? A hidden report detailing that it should be buffered on ECC Little Endian, with RR-TDM buffer based on a single RTC which gives it single unadulterated access to all my processes? Even though that has no practical application or hardware support today? I am kept to busy and hungry for that ESPECIALLY in this economy. So if we can get past secure and deal with "Relatively Secure" that relative state is based on "last connection was MIM or spoofed" and although we scoff at linear controls over stocastic systems wasnt it a simple cassete tape reader head used to circumvent credit card swipes? even today? So, "In the cloud", I just call... AT&T, or Verizon for a trap and trace on that last MPLS session? 5 -10 minutes ago? or is that something else I have to buy? and something else after that? and what stops that from becomming "that gold standard" from depriciating to wood as more and more are hearded into it? Ahh, enough for me, good luck. In the parlance of modern-day therapy-speak -- "deal with this reality" and trust no one! Or use trust as a substitute for expectation.
