Account Related View Drop Downs automatically close

Hello
I am viewing an Account in CRM 2011 and navigate to the related Activities View via the Activities link on the Left Hand menu. When I then click the View Drop Down it briefly shows the list of views in a drop down but automatically 'closes' the drop down before you can select a different view.
This also occurs for some of the other related items for an Account but not all and does not occur for any other Entity. It does not occur consistently across users but instead appears to be PC based (the same user will get different results on different PC's).
It is occuring for the site in two different environments (both IFD) but does not occur in our Dev environment which is not IFD.
I have checked all IE settings and have synchronised these to a PC that does work. Still no success.
Has anyone seen this before and if so do they know what causes it.
Thanks
Troy

Hi Troy,
That is strange. I haven't noticed it myself.
Just few pointers:
1) Is the IE version different on the computers where it is happening. I mean is the IE version older than the one where this issue is not happening.
2) Just clear cache in IE and see whether this stops.
I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.

Hi Ashish
The versions of IE are exactly the same, down to the lowest sub version. The Cache has been cleared but still the problem persists.
Thanks
