    The product key on the sticker placed on my computer was said to be invalid.I also checked for online help where i was asked to copy and paste the information below.I would appreciate it if i can be notified as soon as possible because i really need my product key to work.

      The Product Key on the sticker is for Windows - not Office.
      Your installation of Office XP Professional with FrontPage is non-genuine - it is using a Blocked Volume License Key (and is a version only sold in bulk to organisations for use on their own machines).
      Your Installation of Office Home & Student 2007 may or may not be genuine - but we can't tell until you have uninstalled the non-genuine Office XP and run a new report.
       
      Please go to Programs, and Uninstall the complete Office XP and FrontPage package, then reboot your machine twice. Then run another report, and post the results.
