    ....and don't know where to find it. My Windows Live OneCare software found "potentially unwanted software" on my pc, but can't get rid of it. It keeps telling me it successfully removed it, but then a window pops up from WLOC that says they found it again. It is interferring with the way my computer runs. WLOC says it is adware, but it is acting like a virus on my pc. When I run a virus scan it tells me my computer is clean. I really need some help!

      Hello Karen, try a One Care scan in safe mode. How to scan in safe mode - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925222

      If the malware is still present after scanning in safe mode please contact support for help with removal. You can reach One Care support by using the help link in the One Care console.
