2010年3月26日 19:11With one care going away, will I be able to access my files in my backup folder on my external drive? Was told these would be unavailable once this program was closed.

You will need to install the OneCare Restore tool if you need to access the backup to extract any files from within. You will also need to find an alternative backup solution. If you are using Vista or Windows 7, you can use Windows Backup. I don't recommend Windows backup in XP.
