    Hi

    Does anyone know how to stop the text on a resource pool turning a light grey colour & changing the text to bold when the resource is over allocated?

    Hi Steve,

    Assuming you're using Project 2010, from the Format Ribbon, select Text Styles.

    A dialogue will open, and the top drop down (labelled "Item to Change") allows you to define the formatting for Allocated Resources and Overallocated Resources.
