Steps to Restore a Project from the Archive Backup

After you restore a project from the Archive DB through Administrative Restore in Server Settings the project ends up in the Draft DB which you then have to Re-Publish according to what I've read in order to get it back to the Project Center in PWA.
My question is where do you find the restored project to re-publish since I can't see it in PWA?

How do you get this project to show up on the list in Microsoft Project 2010?
Thanks

It will appear if you have permission to see it, click Retrieve the list of all projects from Project Server.
Thanks
