send bulk email with attachments using email addresses in access

Hi
I have a field (Email) in Access where the email address of some of our members is entered. I want to email a file as an attachment (1 or more files) using a command button giving me the option of selecting between To, Cc and Bcc and then what file(s) I want to attach. I want to send to all the recipients in one single operation. Which forum should I use?
