    I am using HP 475 MediaSmart server and was wondering if anyone else is planning on using this server for testing.

     

    Will the existing HP software work with the PP1 Beta?

     

    At the end of the testing, when HP comes back with new software will this work with the end product without having to do a clean install back to the existing software?

     

    Any comments would be appreciated.

      I'm sure Microsoft will provide additional guidance if needed, but yes, you can install PP1 on your HP server, and no, you shouldn't have to do a server recovery or factory reset before you move to the final code; it will be an update which you will be able to remove from your server.
