    Error says:
    This product can be installed on Englich versions of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (32-bit) and Vista (32-bit and 64-bit).

    I though Windows Server 2008 was a Vista variant.

    Why does it not install on Windows Server 2008?

    When will it install on Window Server 2008 ?

      Hi Don,
      Server SKUs are not supported for the Tech Preview.  They will, however, be supported in the future.

            This is a bit dissapointing...  a reasonable number of IT pro's use 2008 on their laptops as a primary OS certainly pretty common is our organisation.  Hope we dont have to wait too long - I was really looking to forward to playing with this.  Just have to hyper-v a vista environment I guess.
