Locked Certificate error uploading a file to a live meeting conference

    When joining a Live Meeting Conference externally from a XP machine, I get a Certificate error when uploading a file to the conference.

     

    When joining a Live Meeting Conference externally from a Vista machine everything works fine. I can upload no problem.

     

    Any thoughts? Both machines are completely up to date with MS updates. Could the XP machine not be trusting my verisign certificate?

      Look at the Trusted root CA of your certificate and then check on the XP machine to see if it is trusted. Verisign should be trusted out of the box, but this should be the first thing checked.

        Can you let us know the status of your issue? Have you checked your TRCA?
