    Hi All,

    From OCS2007 i need to retrieve CDR(Call Data Records )informations.Is there any way to query that details from OCS2007.I think they are storing these information in sql database. is it right?.If it is like that than any way to get that deatils ,so that i can use that information for administrative purpose like billing.

    Help will be appreciated.

      OCS 2007 Standard Edition uses a SQL Express database.

      You can use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express (SSMSE) to query the database.

      It is a free download used to manage SQL Express installations. You can download it here:

        Are there any sample scripts to retrieve all the CDRs for any one particular user for example?  Are there 3rd party tools that are available to allow you to do front-end queries?   I haven't seen a database structure that would assist in building the appropriate scripts.
