Internal Distribution Group Expansion Error

  I'm running into an issue regarding group expansion in R2 and would appreciate your input. The scenario:
  
  
  OCS R2 EE Consolidated Config. All IM, Voice, Video, and conferencing work fine (internally and externally).
  
  Internal DG Expansion URL works fine using basic or NTLM auth (service displays correctly using IE).
  External DG expansion works fine (from MOC) - published via ISA.
  On internal PCs, internal pool name is configured as "Intranet" IE zone with "Automatic Logon" configured for that zone.
  
  401 error shows in IIS logs on INT DG expansion service URL.
  
  Any insight would be appreciated.
