    We recently setup the CRM/SharePoint integration.  We are now seeing an error in the Outlook client.  When you click on New an error message appears:

    An error has occured in the script on this page.

    Line: 596

    Char: 2

    Error: Access denied.

    Code:0

    URL: https://crmsharepoint.net/crmgrid/scripts/crmmenu.htc

    In the Web Client nothing happens, no error, but no picklist either.  Any ideas what would cause this and more importantly a solution?  Thanks,

    I would think its because the current user does not have the correct access rights to the sharepoint site.

    Did you add the users?

    I am logged in and I am Administrator.

    are you also administrator on the sharepoint site?

    Hi Ken,

    this error also occured on our installation. The strange thing is that it only occurs with two users. One of the accounts is my account, I have administrator rights in dynamics and sharepoint.

    Did you find a solution?

    is this error on x86 or x64 crm,OS,outlook?

    can u check if this error also occures on a x64machine crmoutlook?
