Hello Stan8327:
The person you are trying to login with must have atleast one security role. Also he must have atleast read permission on that entity.
Business Management Error is coming, it means that user have no security role right now.

Hello Stan8327:
I think I got the problem you have.
You might be missing the DNS resolution issue in server. For this, you have to add one entry in the Host file where IP will be resolved with DNS
Also, in deployment manager --> organization properties -->> Web address --> Check whether all the fields should contain server name or url by which you are trying to open site
The person you are trying to login with must have at least one security role. Also he must have at least read permission on that entity.
Business Management Error is coming, it means that user have no security role right now.

Contrary to previous replies, I don't think this is a DNS problem. 'Business Management Error' is returned by the CRM server, whereas if you had a DNS problem, the request wouldn't get to the CRM server.
One possible cause is if the organisation name in the URL is incorrect, or refers to an organisation that the user has no roles in. You first url includes a specific organisation name, whereas the second example does not, so CRM will redirect the user to their default organisation
