Email attachment with a file(Archive of an email) is withdrawn when you send email to CRM

When I put in an email attachment to an email and sent directly to the CRM, this email goes to the CRM without the attachment.
When a client CRM Outlook sends an email with a file attachment of email works.
Any suggestions on what's happening?

I've never met this, but 2 areas to look at are:

How large is the attachment ? By default CRM restricts attachments to 5 MB, though this can be changed. This setting affects toirign of incoming attachments, but may affect sending. Do you get the problem with any sized attachments ?

Outgoing email from CRM goes via SMTP. It is possible that attachements are being stripped either at the CRM server end, or the SMTP server. This may be done by the SMTP software, or possible anti-virus software

2007년 12월 18일 화요일 오후 12:10This problem occurs with archive of all sizes.I think that the CRM is considering the annex as another email, but do not know how to change that.
