Workflow created to send emails when Opportunity is updated, not receiving emails

I created a workflow that sends me an email whenever someone creates a new opportunity or updates the stage of an opportunity. I tested by creating an opporutnity and the workflow log shows it was successfully completed, but I haven't received the email. When I go into the email message, it says "This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help."
Does anyone know how to get CRM 2011 Online to deliver these emails? Thanks in advance.

hello jaspla may be ther is some problem in the email router is ur email router working fine
when an opportunity is created the email must be goes owner of the record and the owner should be contains email id in his account.

Email router is not available in CRM 2011 out of Box. You will need to configure it. Please find the document below that guides you step by step on how to do it.

just google it you may find many materials on the crm email router configure
if any problem take ur admin to fix it
