    In my country filtering is widely used by government.

    Even the use of the VPN is too difficult!!

    I want create web proxy via Web service and uplaod in my private host in other contry. That this Web service is stored in my host and can be connected to it via the browsers(firefox, IE,...) and open web pages. simlilar to Ultra, CCproxy or etc...

    Please help me for do this.
