    Calibration doesn't work so I need to use Manual Entry. Where can I get such values as  Base power and Processor peak power (low frequency)?

    If calibration cannot be performed to learn these values, the values will need to be estimated based on any external knowledge of your machine's power consumption.

    For Processor Peak High frequency, look at the TDP (or peak power) specified in the spec sheet for your processor. For processor Peak Low Frequency, you could use 30% or so of that (very approximate).
