Management Reporter Install Issues

  We continue to have issues trying to get MR SP1 installed on a WS 2008 R2 server. It does not complete the install and within the log file, we get this error. There have been some responses that we need to apply certain .net updates but we've done that. Issue has us stopped in our tracks
