I can not get my Virus/Spyware to turn on

  Me too.  I've worked on my bits,  and then the next step it told me to do I got error codes, but now I can't find the error codes i received.  Please help

  Me too.  It was working fine until I updated my MS operating system this morning.  Now - nothing.  I'm really starting to regret installing this software.  So here I sit with no anti-virus protection whatsoever.  I can't do a da**ed thing until someone reads this and offers some help and I have work to do.  I am not happy!
