"Live One Care" not removing all checked folders,then it crashes.

They've been recomending Windows Vista Beta Live One Care, ..then aprox 4 pages in it's called Live One Care (scanner). I've been using just the scanner for quite a while and have had much sucess. Why now did the scanner crash?

This my first time asking in a forum. I followed the techs steps the lost it.

1603 = fatal install error. Can you share the logs from the temp folder?

You posted in the wrong forum to begin with and your post was then moved to another wrong forum.

Dear Mr Boots: Thank you for replying. I do strive for a "0%"complaint ratio, when i work on vehicles ,(being a cerified mechanic). So i'll

take the advice and do perhaps more homework. I also believe i posted the wrong file reference too. I was too excited to post my 1st posting.
