    Error Code: 0x0c600c03

    I am having these issues and, numerous friends are also experiancing a unstable O/S since the latest updates for Windows 7. IE8 constantly crashes. I am using MS Security Essentials for my anti-virus. I have always been able to run One Care with the exact settings I have now. Pretty much everything is set to defaults.. This seems to be related to a update issue. This is a common variable between myself and, a few of my friends.
