2009년 12월 16일 수요일 오전 1:46After running a Onecare tune-up I repeatedly get the report stating that: C:\defragmentation partially completed. How do I complete this process?

Ignore the message. That's a long standing problem with Defrag as performed by OneCare. Basically, OneCare executes a timed defrag, no matter how fragmented the drive is. It stops when time is up.
If you ran a manual Defrag, it would complete, but the next time OneCare performed a Tune-up, it would likely report that it was incomplete.

2010년 1월 31일 일요일 오전 11:21Why ignore when it was said it would improve performance? People are paying for subscription knowing that LIVE CARE would maximize the service.
They should fix it.

2010년 1월 31일 일요일 오후 2:22중재자One Care does defragment the drive and in doing so improves performance, it just does not report this action well. With One Care nearing end of life it is unlikely that the way it reports the results of this action will be fixed.

Ignore the warning. OneCare executes Defrag in a timed mode. When time is up, it stops and you'll get that message.-steve
