Setting problem

2009년 9월 24일 목요일 오후 4:04I am running Windows live Care 2007. I have a Dell PC laptop.
I cannot change my tune up settings. I want to have my unnecessary files deleted. I have checked the box to indicate this chcange, but the "apply" box does not light up. Nothing changes when I just click on the okay. How do I resolve this?

I suggest unionstalling one care, running the install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 then reinstalling One Care. If reinstalling One Care does not resolve the issue please contact support. When you note that clicking okay doesn't change anything, do you mean that after clicking okay and returning to the dialog via Change Settings/Tune-up tab the setting remains unchecked?
Before doing the reinstall that Jim suggests, try using the database reset tool:
