I need a little help understanding how date constraints work, how actual work is treated, and the difference between % Complete and % Work Complete, etc. I am using PS 2010 with Project Professional and do not understand the results that I am getting when I change resources, etc. I have my projects set up in the web app and am trying to edit them in Project Professional.  Once I do that I will save and publlish back to the web app.

Is there something online for free through Microsoft where I can get this information?  Tutorials or Videos perhaps.  TIA.
