New 2010 Census Tracts Needed Now!

2012년 3월 14일 수요일 오후 7:12We are a vendor for over 1500 banks, mortgage companies and credit unions across the nation and assist them with Federal compliance under the Community Reinvestment Act and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act. Prior to the 2010 census tract changes we recommended all of our customers use MapPoint to assist in plotting their loan data and creating their federally mandated assessment areas. As of this date the new census tract changes have still not been updated in the program and our clients can no longer use your system. It is unfortunate, but until this is resolved our 1500+ customers are going to have to use another mapping product. Please advise as to the ETA of the inclusion of the new census tracts and new census demographics so that we may advise our customers appropriately.

2012년 7월 13일 금요일 오후 9:38Microsoft - MSP 2013 is out now and still nobody has answered the question about the 2010 census data/tracts. NUMBER ONE QUESTION - HOW ARE YOU POSSIBLY USING THE census 2000 tracts that no longer apply??

Well, the US Census Bureau are still releasing the 2010-era data! I doubt an instance of MapPoint is capable of simultaneously supporting two different boundary eras without quite a few changes.
