Some questions about S&T functionality

  I familiar with navigation systems (CoPilot, iGuidance, Sygic, nRoute) but new to S&T

  So I downloaded the trail version of S&T 2011.

  I quickly built a route using the Route Planner, saved it, started navigation (using the Franson GPSGate simulator) , and received the first spoken direction.

  But I noticed that there doesn't seem to be a "route preview" facility.  Is there one hiding somewhere?  Every system I mentioned above has such a facility.

  I then did File->Save and File->Exit.

  When I restarted S&T, it went to GPS as I had requested in Tools->Options.

  However, it did not resume navigation.

  Instead I got the message about using the route planner or get directions before starting navigation.

  Is S&T incapable of resuming navigation on a program restart?

  If so, this makes S&T useless for my purposes and unlike every nav system I have used.

  Could someone tell me what I am missing?  I could find nothing in the help under the obvious keywords.
