Locked Stuck email in the outbox

    I am running Outlook 2007 and i have a stuck email with a large attachment stuck in the outbox.  I have a http account using MSN.  I went to a blog where i tried : turning outlook to offline, closing outlook using task manager, restarting outlook clicked send and recieve and deleting the file once i got the error messege that didn't work.  I also tried to moving the sent file to the drafrt folder that didn't work.  when i try to open it i get a message saying it can't be opened because it is being transmitted.  any ideas???

      The proper way is to set outlook offline and wait a few minutes or restart outlook - but do not initiate a send and receive when it restarts. See http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/stuck_message.htm for another method.
