Vail Help system offline?

Can anybody get the help to work in Vail

tried from within the dashboard and via connect site both fail when they go online to a site which has missing web pages etc

The help system is almost certain to be one of the last things "fleshed out" since writing the help documents requires all features to be in their final (or near-final) form.
I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)

Help should go online for Vail as of the 26th. Has anyone tried it since? You’ll need an Internet connection.

It appears to be online and working for me. The link to the main help site is below.
