How to increase system volumn of wm6.1?
Hello everyone.
This morning I found the alarm of my phone could hardly be heard.
Also media player's sound is very very low.
I install .net compact 2.0 yesterday.Could this cause that?
I google the internet and set
HKEL_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Phone to 8888
HKEL_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Volume to 66666666
However, after rebooting the settings were restored to older values.
How to solve the problem?Thanks.

I have eventually solved the problem.
It is in fact caused by hardware as shown in the thread:

It is confused that most of advice from internet told you to edit registry.

It helps to know what deviec it is to offer information to you. You indicated that it is running WM 6.1 .... the device would not be "un-famous"
