Annoying Windows

  I sign into Windows Live Messenger and it comes up with a pop-up saying 'msnmsgr.exe - Corrupt File The file or directory C:\Documents and Settings\tony\Cookiestony@msn[2].txt is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility.'

  My dad cant run the Check Disk because he can't find it? What's wrong with my computer?! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
