I've just installed WSS following the directions in the handbook, and so far it seems to work other than when user first logs on, there is a pop up error titled Advanced INF Install then the body of the error is INF Install Failure. Reason: Access is denied. There is another pop up box that says Personalized Settings, Setting up personalized setting for: NetMeeting 3.01, which I've never used and can't seem to find to delete.
This happens with user profile locked and at no restrictions. I had read a KB about Office 2000 service pack, but I'm running Office 2003, SP3, with XPP SP3 fully patched and updated.
