how to get my mcp Access Code from microsoft

i am a mcp pass out in 2008 , but i can not get my microsoft mcp kit , i have lost my mcp Access Code & this my mcp certificate id - 6385035
and i am submit information on this link - https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/ResetAccessCode/ResetAccessCode.aspx
but i can not any response find. so what i can do ahead process - plz help my mail <removed>

did you try to contact your Microsoft Regional Service Center? http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx
