  Thanks for the report.  We received similar reports from other users and our international subsidiaries.  We're investigating the cause, but it appears to have corrected itself and the site is now working normally.

  Here's what I found out that might help someone or some kind of pgm hack attempt might accure causing your windows live ID to go into a 24hr lock down or block because the unknown some one was trying to gain access to windows live ID accounts
  
  I called Microsoft and they said they fixed it my account was locked because of tomany wrong password attempts locked it Well I didn't do that so they verified my account info and unlocked my ID and http://my.live.com popped right back up
