Unanswered "Select whether other users can send e-mail for you" setting - can it be set to 'off' at a global level?

    This setting is only available when 'Email Router' is selected as your Outgoing profile. As I understand it this setting is switched on by default, i'm trying to establish if there's a way to globally get it to default to being switched off. [maybe through a registry setting or through global policy]. i'm aware there's a privilege that's required to have these rights and maybe that wold be an option.

    It must be possible at exchange server too without changing anything on CRM

    UPDATE: This is more of a cosmetic change as even if this setting is set to 'yes' then it's still reliant on having the necessary privileges

    My question is if it's possible to set this setting to 'no' at a global level??
